Re: Heater not heating on 2000 TJ...
It's possible if it was bought in '99 and hasn't been flushed every
two years. Maybe running around a little low with an air pocket
solidifying some of the impurities from added tap water and normal break
down of the coolant.

Check your thermostat, better yet just replace it. It's common to
have one that never closes completely or otherwise loses it's
calibartion. The engine and gage work fine in warm weather, you
slowly lose heat as the outside temp drops.
My wife did that in her car, I caught her coming in the house
after a 30 mile drive at 10F with her coat buttoned up and gloves
on. "Well, now that you mention it, it IS cold in the car" New
thermostat and off she goes.
