headlights rewired
Woohoo! Not only did eliminating the connector fix the headlights, but
the marker lights that haven't worked in over 2 years are back now too.
On the other hand, I've got 2 wires that came from the fuseblock side
and do not continue past the connector???? Why?? All seems to be
working, just don't know what these are for.

Re: headlights rewired
Alright, I'll buy that. Headlights/ high beams/ directionals/ markers/
hazards all working fine. Chilton does show a fog light circuit, but
none of the colors matched, so I wasn't sure. No factory fog lights, so
I guess that's the answer, no place to go for those wires.

The other one is likely the ambient air temp sensor. An option with the
readout on the overhead console. Sensor is located behind the grille. Mine
reads 0 all the time and as luck would have it, I have a broken wire at that
connector... it's tan, maybe dirty yellow or dirty white.
Did you end up removing the airbox to splice?
