Don't you mean, whether Bush is elected or not has no bearing
on whether he gets to stay in the White House. After all, he
wasn't elected in 2000, and this time Diebold, ESS and Sequoia

Don't you mean, whether Bush is elected or not has no bearing
on whether he gets to stay in the White House. After all, he
