On the 93 it's right next to the air box on the fender.
Fairly sure it's there on the 97 as well.

go and look at the backing plates on the rear axle tubes to see if they are wet
from gear lube
sometimes axle bearings go bad seals leak and there is enough airgap on the
tone ring to set a rear speedsensor fault code
