Plus the stronger Dana 44 rear end, probably a lower (higher) gear
ratio. Stronger shocks, sway bars. Larger alternator, for a few more.

I was just up on the Jeep website and it appears that for your $255 you get:
7 and 4 Pin Wiring Harness
Class IV Hitch Receiver
Nothing else is listed.
