This 'is' a valid forum for selling Jeep related parts by private
sellers.

The Charter says nothing about what service the private sellers use to
advertise their private sale.

I mean really, this is a world wide forum. If the originators went so
far as to ban commercial posts and commercial posters, yet to
specifically mention private sellers as ok, then if they wanted to limit
the ways private sellers can 'sell', they should have mentioned it.

As it stands there is no limit on the method a private seller uses to
sell.

In my opinion of reading what the charter says you could post anything you
have for sale whether it be through autodtraders or ebay. The charter
specifically states "commercial VENDOR" . Whether your opion is that ebay
and autotrader and commercial venues, as long as the person posting is not a
vendor but a private citizen than the post would not be in violation. Until
it can be proven that a person is a commercial vendor not a private citizen,
I am all for people posting whatever they want to sell however they want to
sell it.
