You could have bent the rim. I would think they might have noticed when the
tires were balanced but perhaps with the new enclosed balancers they did not
see.

I was shown that if your jeep's front tires are off the ground, if you get
to the side of one and have either one hand on top and bottom and wiggle it
up and down, or stick a bar under the bottom and wiggle it up and down
there's and theres too much play in the tire then the ball joints are going
bad... Have you tried this?

to the side of one and have either one hand on top and bottom and wiggle it
up and down, or stick a bar under the bottom and wiggle it up and down
there's and theres too much play in the tire then the ball joints are going
bad... Have you tried this?
