At least the engine block, frame and body are original. Who knows
about the rest and there is really no way to know for sure.

Every bolt is marked with the Ford logo because the manufactures
guaranteed the parts, and Ford didn't want to buy ****** parts. Would you
please take a good picture of one to replace mine:

$18k seems a bit high for a jeep you haven't inspected in person. Well
restored WWII jeeps do go for around $15k routinely among restorers/
collectors though.
