Install lights
Run a fused power cable from battery to a solenoid (relay) to the lights.
Run a jumper from the low beam light circuit to the trigger the fog loght
relay.
You can use a modern electronic relays or an old Ford starter relays.
The lights will come on automatically with the low beams.
If you like you can add a switch into the relay trigger line.... but why?
For the driving lights you do exactly the same but use the high beam circuit
to trigger the relay
