FIXED - 95 XJ - clunk after stopping
>Wife's 95 XJ (automatic I-6) has acquired a 'clunk' after coming to a stop.
>Seems to be from the rear.
>Brakes are good.
>Thoughts, Suggestions, Ideas?
I followed the suggestion of putting Anti-Sieze on the rear drive shaft
splines and the clunk is gone!
THANKS

As Bill would say, thanks for telling us. Folks don't realize sometimes
how important it is to let everyone know that some suggested fix (out of
several suggestions in many cases) actually works!
