Hi Jason,
If you never have to pass SMOG again up there in Ottawa, then do
the Nutter Bypass: http://home.sprynet.com/~dale02/ignmods.htm and get
rid of the computer, too.

Bill, I'm lucky, I live in Alberta. We only require a safety check, then no
emissions testing.
