EVS Alarm
I recently purchased a 2000 Cherokee that is equipped with the Mopar EVS
alarm and keyless entry. Can someone please tell me how to disable, that is
turn on and off, the alarm? It has the blinking valet light on the steering
column, and a switch under the dash, but I haven't been able to figure it
out. The salesman didn't know and the folks in the service department were
asses.

Hi Ray,
If you don't have an owner's manual, then I suggest a trip to the
stealership. The factory manual just deals with replacing it, and it's
complicated, requiring a personal identification number to reprogram it:
