bombing. I think it is good enough proof. Of course being pedantic won't
solve anything. I'd say that which ever administration was in control knew
these things were going on in advance. It was a matter of priority at that
time, and getting the intel community to do anything right was about as hard
as pulling hens teeth. Compartmentalization in the Intel community is
pretty bad and keeps most of the people in the dark not knowing what they
are even working on... let alone know what it was all about.
