After an oil change (93,000), the engine oil pressure gauge is still
80.
It was 80 one week before the oil change.
Is this normal or?

Check to see that the connector has not fallen off the sensor. :)
Other than that, your sensor is shot and needs to be replaced.
You didn't say the engine type so here is a pic of where that
sensor is located on my 93 ZJ.
