When listing codes, you should give all of the digits, P0141, P0455, P1694,
etc.
I'm not sure what the P1694 code is, another poster said it was a Tach.
Error of some sort. My source says FAULT COMPANION MODE. I do not know what
that means.
P0141 is a problem with an O2 Sensor Heater. The O2 sensor has a heater
built in that improves sensor stability while the engine is still cold, the
code you got says that the heater is not working.
P0455 is a gross leak in the Evaporative Emissions Control System. It could
be any number of things, but a loose gas cap is the leading suspect.

my lookup describes a p1694 as "manufacturer contrl auxiliary inputs
auxiliary outputs", whatever the heck that is...

auxiliary outputs", whatever the heck that is...
