Thanks for the info. And it sounds like an extension of the CDN. scam
to gouge us all with Kyoto taxes. :>) Now .... that said - is there any way

Canadian tire sells the air filters for the bottom for about $2.00.

I had to use a hammer and chisel to get mine out the first time, then
the new filter just tucks back in.

I moved mine up under my brake booster so it doesn't get muddy so fast.
