You have to consider that this was in the late 50's when I had one
helluva lot more time than money. I also had the benefit of 15-20
older hams in the local MARS group helping - those guys believed that
going mobile meant braid straps between every panel, AIR.

Hi Will,
Back in the fifties, all the high end General Motors cars used a
little spiral spring thingie in the wheel bearing cap to ground the
drum, for less AM interference.

installation of a ground loop isolator to reduce noise in car radio?

Does it go in the b+ line ?? At the radio, or at the battery ??
