Wonder why they have off in the up position? Backward from most others.

Just about any switch you might need.

I sorta like the one from radioshack, although it is for 120
and doesn't have a lamp. But that's an easy fix.

Toggles are off in the down position, rockers are off when the button is
pushed down. Standard for light switches used directly above the adder
boxes.
