Dual By-pass oil filer system

Is anyone running the dual by-pass filter on their Jeep, and what do you
think about the system.
This is the perma-cool system i was looking at. The unit uses two
filters, one is a full fow , the other is a by-pass filter. I have read
these filters together has the same effect as changing the oil every 45
minutes, so only clean oil circulates in the engine. The best oil filter
is said to clean particles as small as 10 microns. The by-pass system
claims to clean particles as small as 1/3 of a micron. This system is
said to virtually eliminate engine wear.
They say the filters are changed at 5K miles and the oil can be ran for
10 to 15K miles.
