I read up on it. I enjoyed how you kept your cool in the Carter BBD
thread, while he got so worked up he shouted:
"SO JUST WHERE ARE THEY LOOKING FOR THE DRIPS OF GAS WHEN THEY WANT TO
SEE TWO STREAMS OF GAS WHEN THE FRIEND HITS THE ACCELERATOR OR BETTER

Nah, you've got the cred in the group for staying so positive...and
neutral. It's good advice, as is what Kevin gave. So....Josh who? ;-)
So, in keeping with the topic of the newsgroup and the thread...
I ordered up the Hellroaring Battery isolater/Combiner so I can run dual
batteries; I've already got the Tomken bracket.
I've run dual batteries in both my mongo fifth wheel trailer and my new
TT toy hauler, in the first case for years, and hooked up both setups
in parallel. Never a problem, though I'm concerned now, having seen the
advice of a few here. I think because there's never quite the massive
amperage demand, they're less in danger of shorting than they would be
on my Jeep. But I could be wrong.
So, I'm getting a couple more Hellroaring units for the trailers as
well, just to be safe.
Anybody have anything good/bad to say about the Hellroaring units? They
don't use any damn Radio Shack components, do they? ;-)
