Room-Temperature Vulcanizing, I wish people would just call it
Silicone, or Permatex, because that's makes it:

I would use the JB weld myself.
Be very careful about using RTV on a newer vehicle. There are two
types, the 'regular' RTV silicone who's fumes will destroy the O2 sensor
in a blink.
You need the more expensive 'sensor safe' RTV.
