I'm suprised that nobody mentioned this before. A copy of the build
sheet is traditionally intsalled between the springs and foam under the
driver's seat or inside the driver's door.

I found mine (along with lots of change, old candy, etc.) when the seat
bracket broke on my XJ and I took the seat out to replace it. But I've
found them in every other car I've ever removed the seat from too.

And no, it was not my fat *** that broke the seat bracket. I'm only 175
lbs. Don't know the real story there, but the metal was broken clean
through after having been intact for 12 years.

there isnt anything like that tucked up inside my seats. or it there ever was, it
fell to pieces long ago from the water, etc that gets in the jeep.
