I don't know, Dennis lost his domain:

I see friends are helping him with their site at:
http://www.specialops4x4.com/ where we see he also lost the name Rubicon
that he sold his trailers under long before the nazis took the name for
a brand of TJ.

If memory serves, Dennis didn't win any judgement in the case, he settled
out of course and came away with a very nice settlement, and relocated his
operation to Arizona.
