;^) I think one of the attractions of a V6, is the weight factor and the
perception that there will be lots of room under the hood. This in theory will make installation and handling easier than a V8. However, you have to look at the fact that the V8 transplant has been done at least hundreds of times, and you can find all the problems and solutions discussed ad infinitum on the Net and elsewhere. If you really want a V6, the 4.3 litre GM V6 uses the same bell housing pattern as the V8. Earle "L.W.
