Dash Lights Fading in and out
I have a 97' Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. It runs great and I have never had
any problems with it except for the dash lights and display lights. If I
leave the dimmer on anywhere, except for the low position, the lights will
dim down to the low position and back up to the position the dimmer is set on
sporadically. I have no idea what to check for this; any ideas?

I would guess that you have a faulty dimmer switch. Try changing that.
The fact that it works fine in the low position tells me that its not
a wiring or electrical problem, but rather a malfunctioning switch.

Do you know where in the car that switch is and about how much it would cost?
