And you probably already painted it. BUT it's got to go! There must
be a way to make a hoist or get some friends to flip the tub on and off

I am curious as to why you clocked the T-case up so far?
Mine has a heavy skid plate on it and I think having it below the frame
is a good thing for only getting a little hung when high centered. If I
am sitting on the skid plate it is an easy slide off, if my frame rails
were involved, I could be hooked...
