And Greg wants to know how you lift one, do spring over in front and 3"
blocks in back? Freind just bought a 75 cherokee cheif, needs lifting.

Yup, that's the way. You can get anti wrap blocks too. These are
longer or have a longer piece attached to keep the torque from twisting
the springs.
Longer bump stops and shocks are also needed to do it right.
This just gets you clearance, it does not help with articulation as the
stock axle travel is still there.
