ok i found out about blend doors my next ? is can someone fix this them
selves or do they need to take it into a dealer, my ac and heat work fine it
is just the draft at the feet that is a pain

See Dave Milne's reply, there is a service bulletin about the problem.
I'm not sure if it's a free fix but since it involves a huge amount of
labor it won't be inexpensive if it's not covered.

There is a do-it-yourself fix out on the web somewhere but it does NOT
restore full functionality if I recall correctly, you wind up losing
the dual temperature capability or something like that?
