Is you current dash mount the rectangle with a hole on either side for the

Mine is a rectangle that fits a frame for the radio to slide in and out
on. Pretty standard single level radio. I don't have the finished dash
though so maybe yours has an add on template specific for the one
radio? Mine is less than 5 years old I think.

Re: CJ-7 stereo / radio
Mine is a rectangle that fits a frame for the radio to slide in and out
on. Pretty standard single level radio. I don't have the finished dash
though so maybe yours has an add on template specific for the one
radio? Mine is less than 5 years old I think.

They may gave to cut out the dash to enlarge the hole. The hole you have
is probably smaller than a CD in size.
If you stop by your local Stereos-R-Us and talk to one of the installers thy
can tell you what must be done.
Or
You may be able to get a new radio with the capability to control an
external changer...
