Cherrokee
Well I'm bored and want to buy a new toy.
I was thinking of a Cherokee. I'm looking for something to tow my Yj
to the dunes and trails. Not sure if the 4.0 will do it. I'll be using a
car dollie not a trailer. Or i might just buy a tow bar for it. I know
the Grands with the V8's will work but like the boxie look . Thanks all.
87YJ 33" 2.5

Hi Mike - You don't drive your YJ to the trails? It's not road legal?
What are some laws in your state?

Hi Mike - You don't drive your YJ to the trails? It's not road legal?

I drive it to the trails . I'm the only one that does. But with caming
gear and extra tools the old girl is a little small. And i hate sleeping
on the cold ground.
It's road legal . Just need to justify anouther Jeep in the drive way.

I drive it to the trails . I'm the only one that does. But with caming
gear and extra tools the old girl is a little small. And i hate sleeping
on the cold ground.

TJL, it's a bit cramped with gear for the weekend. One of these days
I'll pony up the bucks and buy a small 8-10' trailer, put the gear in
there while I sleep in the back of the Jeep. Plenty of room in the back
of an Unlimited to stretch out for the night, and it beats the hell out
freezing your *** off in a tent when it's 23 degrees out.
