cherokee OEM Shocks
What, if any, is the difference in the shocks for the cherokee with
upcountry suspension versis non-upcountry?
All I can find is non-upcountry for the cherokee
120k on the Original and I want to replace them
At the risk of this thread turning into a discussion of <insert non-jeep
topic here>
Does anybody have any reccomendations?

Well, we've had the gambit.. maby it's time to discuss paving the earth? ;)

Guinness.. oh.. shocks.. sorry
Edelbrock IAS. Rancho RS9000 (adjustable)
It really depends on a few things.
1) how much lift are you running
2) how stiff do you want your ride.
3) do you offroad and need longer travel.

Re: cherokee OEM Shocks
I am pretty sure the upcountry shocks will have an extra 1/2" of travel
because the height of the vehicle is about that much higher too, also the
shock is probably valved a little firmer for the higher spring rates (this
is more likely the case).

Actually, it appears that the "1" lift" is only bigger tires, the door
sticker says 215's, and it came with 225's,
every shock dealers says one shock fits all cherokee 4x4's
