You may be able to get the tires on but it will be close. Not sure how much
room you'd have after getting them on. May scrub a bit when flexing. I'd
recommend looking at longer shackles. I've got a 2 1/2 inch suspension lift
on my CJ5 with 1 1/4 inch shackles and am very pleased. I also have a 2
inch body lift but think I'd be ok without the body lift running 33's.

I had a 2.5 inch lift and Con-Ferr shackles (1" longer than stock) when I first
went to 33's. No problems with the rear tires, but the fronts rubbed the
fenders. I added a 1" body lift and trimmed the fenders under the flares,
which removed most of the rubbing, but not all.
I am not a fan of "lift" shackles more than 1" longer than stock. They
introduce other problems. A 4" spring lift would be a better solution.
