I rather doubt if Kalifornia would come forward to back Farmers or
anyone else if there were massive pileups on I-5, I-80, I-15, I-405, US
101, Ca99, Grapevind, Sonora Pass, Carson Pass, and the Tehachapi Loop
all simultaneously.
