Re: Buncha questions about CJ engine swap.
At the current rate of increase in the consumption of oil per capita
in the world, Russia's oil will slake the demand for almost thirty
years. During which time world population will almost double-again.
If we bought Russia, lock, stock and especially barrel, by offering
each and every Russian 'citizen' a million dollars cash, and kept all
the oil for US use, it would give us almost sixty-five years.
The Russians are doing themselves and us a favor by letting us have it
slowly and at high expense, if at all. OTOH we are reciprocating by not
letting them have cheap vodka. They're drunks and we are petro-*****,
and of the lowest lot lizard order at that. The Germans with their
Autobahnen are at least high class call girls.

Re: Buncha questions about CJ engine swap.
91 XJ used the MOPAR injection and computer - honest. And my 88 bell
housing mated to the original BA10/5 was identical to the '94
bellhousing I got when I swapped in an AX15 - although the 88 did not
have the clutch arm pivot ball installed and the slave cylinder
mounting holes (for the external slave) weren't tapped on the 88.
Those parts matched 87-94 at least. The CPS hole was exactly the same
as well.

Re: Buncha questions about CJ engine swap.
Correction, the '91 does not use the '87 to '90 Renix electronic
fuel injection system.
