Brown/red alternator wire???
After reading the posts on the brown /red connection. If they were
reversed, what is the consequences? Just wondering? I've been there before
and I played the wire lottery. Maybe I won.

Re: Brown/red alternator wire???
If reversed the engine won't shut off.
The alternator powers up the coil and ignition box through the brown
wire rather than the brown wire feeding the alternator excite signal.
