It's cocked, I would put it back on with the old pads so it will
fit together and use your brake peddle to push the piston out straight.
Then I use channel locks to gab the disc and gentle squeeze the piston
straight back in. sometimes you may have to open the bleeder. Or do it
right and use a "C" clamp and block. Or rent the tool from your local
