Check out Crutchfield. They're going to be a little more expensive
than, say, Circuit City or Best Buy, but their customer service more
than makes up for it.
Don't use factory replacements, just find a good speaker of the same
size and pop it in the hole.
FWIW, my '95 ZJ has the infinity sound system, and it is a piece of
crap. Almost every speaker rattles even below reasonable volumes =
broken cones all about. Replacing the head unit and thereby eliminating
the factory EQ helped (the unit had failed), but it'll be getting all
new speakers, with good solid cones.

Re: Blown Speaker 99XJ
I had the same problem with my driver's door speaker. I bought the
through-the-door wires and the sound returned. Shortly afterwards,
that speaker began to buzz. I bought a set of Rockford-Fosgate door
speakers with tweeters and a bass cut-off (Best Buy). The tweeters
fit into the triangular trim pieces - opposite the o/s mirrors, the
others fit into the stock door locations. That solved the problem
.. I did not add an amp, although the guy at Best Buy said that these
speakers would need one.
