The Hmong were told if they fought the VC, the US Gov't. would support them,
and that promise was only partially fulfilled. Most of the Hmong in the USA
were INVITED to come here when Vietnam fell. They are GUESTS. I have worked
with many Vietnamese, and found the Hmong immigrants to be good people, if a
bit backwards, but education brought many up to speed with such things as
machinery, toilets and stoves. Mr. Vang is a bit young for that era, but
most certainly the child of some who fought there. He did spend 6 years as
an American Army Reservist, and as such earned a Sharpshooter rating.
Did he fire first? Did he know that he was trespassing? Is a survivor
lying? Is he lying? These are all question to be investigated and probably
brought to a Jury.
All I know that if 8 people who are of a different culture surround me and
shout racial epithets, I will become nervous. If a shot is fired, I will hit
my targets.
Gated community? I live in a forest, Gump!
I travel armed in the woods because most hunters are city boys without a
clue.

Paul, you're probably wasting your time. If you look at his website, (yes I
have some time on my hands today) this backward barely educated hick seems
to advocate abolishing all Constititional amendments:
"Please do yourself and your children a favor and just say no to any
constitutional amendment , leaving this well written document as it is.
Above all be very intolerant and down right indignant to anyone who wish to
take it away. "
(Of course ff he had bothered to READ this well-writtem document, he would
have found Article Five.)
You'll find this ignorant blather on the page describing "Socialist (sic) of
America" as trying to amend the Constitution so foreign-born citizens can
hold the office of President. Funny, the only ones I've seen advocating that
lately are Republicans, in an effort to get California's governor on a
future ticket.
He said in a previous post he would love to take America back 150 years.
Actually I think he would be right at home in Germany sixty-five years ago.
