When you write a check you're pulling from your account. You're basically
complaining they wouldn't let you play the float of a day or two. Big deal.

Yes, I like the ones I put in my WK. I hear they've got a somewhat shorter
lifespan though.

Yet the banks still put a ten day hold on a transfer between banks
for which we earn no interest.

In Michigan we have Meijer, but the've been doing the "one stop shopping"
thing for forty years or something like that....
