You were kinda of dissing the carburetor, know that if you want to
go fast like the National Hot Rod Association's Pro-Stock class that
could be injected gas, the winners chose a Holley four barrel at over
two hundred miles an hour in six seconds:

injection is a SMOG thing, forcing the owner to tweak it with
programmable chips, if he's going to keep the newer car on the road,
