Looks like a good deal to me.
The little puff of smoke at start up only is valve seals and they
may be replaced without pulling the head.
I looks like it was painted Midnight blue, like my Thunderbird it
separated from the primer, bummer, but a cheap repaint by Maaco, stopped
the pealing.
You have an after market Holley carburetor, I thought the '90 YJ
had Multiport Fuel Injection, that may be a huge problem, for which here
in California, there are plenty of horror stories, in which the the
seller was held responsible for several thousands of dollars.

I did some research. Seems in '90 the 4 banger came with the injection and
the 6 with the carb.

I did some research. Seems in '90 the 4 banger came with the injection and
the 6 with the carb.
