This wouldn't pass inspection?? Sounds more strict than here in RI.

My '99 GC had the same problem that started with the fan staying on to
long and degenerated to not cycling on at all. Replacing the fan rela
switch solved the problem, but it was a bear to get to, located unde
the battery shelf. Good luck

long and degenerated to not cycling on at all. Replacing the fan rela
switch solved the problem, but it was a bear to get to, located unde

there is a relay behind and under the right headlite( fan control relay)
it will more times than not set a fault code when it goes bad
