I just had my cat replaced recently on my '98 and it was still covered
under warranty. I had the manifold replaced a while ago, and
unfortunately it was not covered.

Cat == $100 installed most places
Cat-back, depends on the brand 40-200
Exhaust header, depends on brand but figure about 50-200
