Re: 97 TJ 4.0L and the Infamous Exhaust Manifold Crack!!!!
Same thing happened to me on my '99 (I still need to post the pics of
the old cracked one... really amazing IMO!). I was going to just go
ahead and buy a Borla as a replacement, but I searched the web, and
found a kick *** closeout deal on a Thorley header from
Truckperformance.com. Installed it myself (finally) just a few weeks
ago. FYI, I also got nowhere with DC regarding the cracked exhaust
manifold when I called.
