AC drain plugged. Heater/vent intake drain plugged.
A Shop-Vac is really good for getting the water out.

My buddy at work had the sanme problem,
he was going to take all the carpet out and run a hose over the top to
find the leak let me ask him if he ever did I will post the results.
BTW my 97 tj had a real leak problem n the passenger side after any
rain I
would have about 3/4 to an inch in the floor..

I think I found part of the prblem. Upon removal of the carpet, and furthewr
inspection, it appears to be coming from an access hole behind the kick
panel, on the drivers side. The water flows thru the under hood vent system,
and someof it comes out the hole. I will seal it up with roofing tar and
some plastic, and we shall see. Wish me luck.
