Re: 95 wrangler
Seriously, there are none. Maybe you could fashion a rocket type nose cone
out of some kinda hightech see through polymer and mount it over the
windshield-grill....I've had a few windy days here where a sail would have
helped....
Again, seriously... don't try any high tech or even low tech gadgets that
'claim' to improve milage and performance. 99% of them are just made to
take your money. I don't even know if the other 1% exist...

Lubricated any moving parts properly, especially after being out on the
trail. That means repacking bearings, grease all fittings. Lube up any
moving parts, change oil in anything questionable - at regular intervals,
etc...

Re: 95 wrangler
Keep it tuned, keep your tires properly inflated, change oil 2-3k miles, all
the stuff you'd do with a car to maximize mileage. As another poster said,
your driving a brick down the road, there's not much you can do to fix that
except maybe remove the roof, drop the windshield and slap on a tooneau
cover like I had for my old 69 MGB. (That would look interesting if nothing
else.) A header/cat back system and or a K&N type air filter setup might
help out but cost savings in gas if any might not even offset the cost of
the system over how long you intend to use it or number of miles you'll
drive. Oh and drive conservatively... (Who does that in a Jeep anyway)
