95 JGC Infinity Gold display doesn't work?
I have a 95' JGC Limited and the display on the Infinity Gold CD
player doesn't work. One time it has lighted up after hitting a HUGE
pothole, so I know it works, but the next day it was blank again.
I like the sound quality, so I don't want to replace the CD player.
Anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?

AHH! I thought it was just MY Grand Cherokee! Yep; have the same problem,
and same year GC. Only now my Infinity Gold unit is deteriorating further;
now the buttons now longer work, or at least they work randomly.

I did what it said and it fixed mine!!! If you're handy with a
soldering iron and can detect a broken solder joint, then this is easy
to fix. It took me about 10 minutes start to finish (including getting
the stereo out of the car!)

Also works on Button Problems... Infinity Alpine radios are notorious
for these problems.
