94YJ steering wheel shaft

I have a 94 YJ with a very sloppy steering wheel. So my question is this: is there a bushing or bearing at the top of the shaft or column that can be easily replaced? I have tried simply tightening the nut on the shaft but it is definately tight. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi Luke,
There are a couple bolts that regularly loosen, in the GM type
tilt:
