92 XJ Steering issue
I was changing the rear oil seals this past weekend. I had the front
end on jack stands to drop the front suspension for clearance and I
noticed that the left, driver side front wheel looks like it is toed
out in relation to the passenger side. This is barely noticeable when
parked, but when it is jacked up the wheel toes out again. This
doesn't seem right to me. Anyone else?

Re: 92 XJ Steering issue
I can't eye it in, just looking at the front, it looks like the tires
are four inches toed out: http://----------.com/TJalign.htm And easy way to
check it is by using two yard sticks, clamp them together while they just
touch the bulbous part of tire front at axle height, then transfer that
length to the rear and you should have an open eighth of an inch toe-in.

>From the way the steering rods are set up on a TJ it seems that
lowering the axle would have this effect. I would just check it normal
ride hight.
