I've never heard of "white is right". I can tell you blue is hotter
than orange, just like we want the color of our furnace's pilot for a
complete burn.

Why don't you just take the damn distributor cap off and verify that the
rotor is pointing at 'your' #1 on the cap when the piston is up at TDC.
You can simply stick a screwdriver in the plug hole to see.

rotor is pointing at 'your' #1 on the cap when the piston is up at TDC.
You can simply stick a screwdriver in the plug hole to see.

Why don't you just take the damn distributor cap off and verify that the
rotor is pointing at 'your' #1 on the cap when the piston is up at TDC.
You can simply stick a screwdriver in the plug hole to see.
